Notes

Good equivalent on all except for SRM....Karl Strauss claims a 30 SRM and Beersmith estimates this beer at 13.4 But hey, as long as it is delicious, we're good to go! IBUs are also off by quite a bit from style and Karl Strauss, but let's give it a go and see what happens. Brewing 5/2/12 - 2nd hopping used US Fuggle 4.2 alpha instead of the Williamette Fermented at 70-75 degrees.....oh the Ohio weather... Brewed 2/5/16 Used Danstar Dry Nottingham Yeast....hydrated 2 hours
