Notes
Good equivalent on all except for SRM....Karl Strauss claims a 30 SRM and Beersmith estimates this beer at 13.4
But hey, as long as it is delicious, we're good to go!
IBUs are also off by quite a bit from style and Karl Strauss, but let's give it a go and see what happens.
Brewing 5/2/12 - 2nd hopping used US Fuggle 4.2 alpha instead of the Williamette
Fermented at 70-75 degrees.....oh the Ohio weather...
