Notes

Initial Strike Water temp @ 159 degrees. Mash at 150 deg. Single Stage Let mash sit for 15 minutes to absorb strike water (dough in) Recirculation mash for 45 minutes. Stir mash every 10-15 minutes. Pull grain tube 1/2 way up to recirculate water traped between the tube and the kettle.
