Notes
Wort SG before boil = 10.6 Brix = 1.041
Wort OG after boil = 12.2 Brix = 1.048
Primary FV gravity checked after 7 and 10 days: Static at 6.0 Brix (BeerSmith gives 1.009 using correction tool), hydrometer reading is 1.011/1.012.
FG of 1.011 gives ABV of 4.8%
Wyeast 1087 forms a huge and fixed Krausen that showed no sign of falling after 10 days.
Racked into secondary (from under Krausen) after 10 days in primary FV at 20C. Now cold crashing in Keezeer at 4C for 2 days....
(Plan is to warm back up after crashing and then bottle.....)
