used wlp001 from yeast bank. Used 76 BH efficiance last time used 78 Mash ran very well Had to dump wort from hose to get to 15 gallons. this was mearsured very hot so probaly really 14.8 gallons Need to look into grain absorption ratio We were a little low on SG. 1.043 vs 1.046 Propane tank was low so did not have a good boil. will needed to boil additional 10 min. volume was low but there was a lot of wort left in the hop spider. need to slow drain when us ferment was slow again with this yeast. Dry hopped on day 9 . active fermentation stopped on day 8 still had airlock activity before adding hops will leave 2 full days at 72 then start cold crash. used hop dropper added 1.5 oz at a time and purged then jiggled to get hops to drop
