Taste Notes
A superb lawn mower beer that replicates a lighter lager wonderfully in color, aroma, and taste. This would be very popular with a crowd well beyond the craft beer drinkers. Worth repeating exactly as brewed.Notes
Temperature control is not needed with Lutra Kveik - ferment it at room temperature for a lager-like finish, or let it crank at 90F and you will be hard-pressed to find a flavor difference. Fifteen minute protein rest at 125 F is optional.
Failed to include a 10 minute addition of hops. Classic hops wouldhve been Hallertau Mittelfruh, with its characteristic spicy/floral/fruity nose. Typically 17 IBU bittering (1 oz) and 1/2 oz flavor at 15 minute. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
