Notes

Based on Jamil's Old Dark Bear, which emphasizes 100% Munich for base malt and no crystal malt. Some color from chocolate malt. Suggested lagering is at least 4 weeks with 6-7 weeks recommended (1 week per 8 points of original gravity)
