Notes
This goes back a long way, among my early AG brews. I dedicated this to my honours thesis supervisor (Sullivan), and it turned out quite well. This is bizarre for me to enter, as it's a standard size batch, not the 44 or 50L batches I make nowadays. Now that I've found this in my archives, I want to make it again- though scaled to 50L as that's the batch size I prefer now.
