Taste Notes
Midwinter 34
Judge noted some slight apple esters that might be contributing to the sweetness. Notes included lots of doughy sweet descriptions. They are picking up on the sweetness too and the concessus seems to be that if this was a touch drier it would be excellent.
KC Beirmeisters: 37
Both judges commented that the beer was on the sweet side. Also noted some fruitiness that they attributed to the hops.
Great Northern Brew Haha: 26
A grand master said it was basically neutral with a touch of astrigency. Mentioned asperigus juice. The other seemed to go with the normal comments that it was sweet. He mentioned fruity sweet.
8 Seconds of Froth: 34
One judge noted that it could use more toasty compexity. The other said that it was perhaps too bitter and needed to be maltier. This might be an outlier as this is the first judge to say that.Notes
