Notes

Trying NovaLager dry yeast for first time. Hopping schedule based on Brulosophy west Coast pilsner recipe Brew water was made with RO water and minerals to mimic Czech Pilsner water profile. Acidulated malt added to drop pH to 5.4. Utilized 5 step pilsner mash. Pitch yeast at 58F wort temperature.
