Notes

De mørke malte, Cara aroma og roastetd barley tilsættes efter mashout. Den hjemmeristede pilsner malt blev fugtet i koldt vand, spredt ud i et jævnt lag på bageplade med bagepapir under. Ovnen forvarmet til 100C. pladen i og skrue op på 150C i 30 min der efter 200C i 30 min.
