Taste Notes
Little cloudy at first but with some gelatin it cleared right up.
Great taste with stronger than expected hop character. Hop character dropped out and it became a little on the sweet side of balanced.
Excellent.Notes
Original Recipe comes from Brew Classic Styles pg 64.
Gelatin - .25oz/5 gallons
