2 lbs 12.09 oz Styrian Goldings GREEN [0.7%] - Boil 0 min Hops 8
8.82 oz Cascade GREEN [1.5%] - Boil 0 min Hops 9
1.0 pkgs Dry English Ale (White Labs #WLP007) Yeast 10

Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give 77.3% AA for WLP007 at 66.1C Wet hop ratio of 5. AA% for Styrian estimate of 3.7% dry and 0.74% wet. (Substituting my Cascade for Jim's in the zero minute drop. Cascade wet estimate 1.5%, not that it should contribute to bitterness.) ADJUST ALL WEIGHTS WHEN GREEN HOPS KNOWN. Based on 2kg of green hops, 15% 10 minutes, 25% 5 minutes, 60% 0 minutes. Less than 2kg of green would require dry substitue at 1/5 of wet weight. Recipe updated with actuals after picking hops. Yeast: WLP007. Around 500B cells required, 3 + 2 litre starter gives around 610B. Mr Tasty water
