Taste Notes

Mashed at 70 (not 68), accidentally used 35L of strike water, not 25, which explains the extra couple of degrees. Updated recipe to reflect this. Poor sparge efficiency. Drain keeps getting blocked, forcing me to sparge faster than I'd like. Pitched 2 packs of S04 the morning of September 11 at 15.9C. Held at 16C for 6 days then ramped to 21 over 3.
