1.00 oz Target [11.1%] - Boil 0 min Hops 8
1.0 pkgs Burton Union Yeast (Mangrove Jack's #M79) Yeast 9

Notes

Only used 1 packet of yeast. Slow to start. 36 hours after pitch there is large amount of colony growth but not much active fermentation. Did not have a carboy for secondary so left in primary until kegged. Kegged on 6/23/2014. SG 1.010. Body is a little thin for ESB. Light straw color and hoppy/grassy flavors. Kegged on 18 PSI.
