Brewed with JD.
pitched Lacto at 85 in an 85* water bath. I pitched 2.5g, JD 5.5g.
Cranked to 90 on 5/18 6pm.
5.5g bubbling away on 5/19.
Both pitched 1 vial of the same batch of lacto.
Plan is to pitch SAC 5/23.
5.5 will get european ale,
2.5 will get us05.
