Taste Notes

Great NEIPA thats loaded with Thiols and tons of fresh hop flavors.

Notes

Use Omega Helio Gazer yeast. It wasnt in the system. 3:1 cholride to sulfate ratio PH of 5 post boil before adding whirpool hops to aid in hazy stability.
