Taste Notes
Great tasting Wit! A summer favorite! Lacy white head that lasts and lasts. Distinctive, light wheat beer with a hint of spice.Notes
Many thanks to Jay Russ for starting me on Wit - and providing some starter recipes from which this one eventually evolved!
Great Summer Beer!
by Chief0419I halved the original 10 gal Beersmith Wit's recipe and it turned out great!. I noticed this is the same recipe that I ended up with. It was very easy to brew; it had a great flavor w/subtle hint of spices. My wife really enjoyed drinking this one. Plan on brewing it again between my Oktoberfest and Coffee Stout.
