Recipe from Adventures in Homebrewing https://homebrewing.org/products/light-hearted-clone-all-grain-recipe. Added 1/2 tsp Amalyse to mash. Mashed in at 156F and cooled to 148F. O2 for 2.5 min at 1/4 setting.
