Taste Notes

A cold IPA should be light in colour and finish dry and crisp but popping with hop flavour. The bitterness should be as an IPA with moderate to robust bitterness.

Notes

Adjust cryo hopping based on AA of cryo vs regular to keep the AA units constant. Brewer can choose finishing hops based on preferences.
