16OCT2023: ADDED 2OZ FRENCH OAK CUBES INTO 1- 5 GALLON BATCH TO SOAK WHILE I AM ON MY DEPLOYMENT.
26NOV2023: ADDED SPICES, 5 CINAMMON STICKS, 1/4TSP ALLSPICE, NUTMEG, AND 2 WHOLE CLOVES. LETTING SIT FOR 72 HOURS BEFORE REMOVING. 5-5 GALLON BATCHES TOTAL. ONE BATCH HAS THE FRENCH OAK CUBES ADDED.
