05OCT2023: 12LB WILDFLOWER HONEY, 12G FERMFED UP FRONT, AND 20G OF FERMAID-O ICO TOSNA. 5G OF LALVIN D-47 ADDED. 16OCT2023: ADDED 2OZ FRENCH OAK CUBES INTO 1- 5 GALLON BATCH TO SOAK WHILE I AM ON MY DEPLOYMENT. 26NOV2023: ADDED SPICES, 5 CINAMMON STICKS, 1/4TSP ALLSPICE, NUTMEG, AND 2 WHOLE CLOVES. LETTING SIT FOR 72 HOURS BEFORE REMOVING. 5-5 GALLON BATCHES TOTAL. ONE BATCH HAS THE FRENCH OAK CUBES ADDED. 09DEC2023: K SORBATE AND K METABISULFITE ADDED, 1/4TSP:5GAL ; 0.5G:GAL(SORBATE) 11DEC2023: 2LB HONEY ADDED FOR BACK SWEETENING (PER 5 GALLON).
