Notes

Pitched at 73. Added 3/4 vanilla bean to primary. Primary for 11 days and transfered to Secondary (keg). Added two vanilla beans to secondary for three weeks, floated. Not enough. Added 4 beans and sunk bag to bottom. We have an option to add bourbon to the batch. Approx 1.5-2.5 oz per gallon at bottling/kegging.
