Similar to the Northern Brewer showcase brew. Good, easy drinker. Low hop and good mouth feel.

Notes

Named for the village that the Lesula Monkey was discovered in 2007. Brewed a total of 13 gallons with Lescula brew. Did the hop schedule at 60 minutes, boiled for an additional 8, and then took 5.5 gals out and into fermenter, cooled to 68 via chill plate. Full wort out on kettle, 25% on the cold water. Outside temp was 40. Took less than two minutes to cool and fill. Pitched 33 yeast right away.
