Taste Notes

This brew was gone in 3 weeks. A huge hit with Sue. It had good balance and slighter lower alcohol rendering it easier to consume more than normal. The Chinook at the end was a great bump.

Notes

Pitched yeast at 70. Used Ferm 4.
