Taste Notes

One of hte clearest beers I have made, but donw at the low end of the taste. Not the right addition of Saaz in this. It was light and preferred by "non" beer drinkers...what does that tell you ??? I am doing a similar recipe, but no Saaz and tweak up the grains.
