Taste Notes

Not a favorite. A little bitter with a larger punch of the Cascade that originally planned. I"m beginning tonot like the Cascade at the end, sa it adds too much of what i tend to lean away from.

Notes

Used Pat's home grown cascade. Yeast went crazy during first 48 hours. Added a blow off. Very cloudy and did not settle out over time.
