Notes
Ensure you fallow a meduim to heavy body mashing profile. Ferment primary 24 hours at peak floculation at the top of the recomened temperature range, decrease temp everyday for four days until you reach the lowest recommended temperature. Note it is important to make the adjustments daily during peak fermentation. Add Bitter orange peel at the completion of the fermentation while fermentation temperature, rest for two days.
