Almost a Dirty Bastard Clone
by gymkhana86I tried this brew in a 5.25 Gal batch and got a little stupid and forgot to move it upstairs after bottling. It sat in about 45-55F for a week, then moved to 65-70F for a week to actually ferment. It is great. It tastes like a Dirty Bastard clone to me. Love it! Good brew...
