7/1 - Cider day Put together with 5 other guys at the KFC Bought 2 gallons of basic apple juice and 2x52oz bottles of Fuji apple juice Placed in a previously cleaned 6 gallon carboy Added 3 tsp of pectin Added 1/2 tsp of yeast nutrient Pitch Red Star Cote des Blanc 7/2 Cider is fermenting, though there is no krausen 7/15 - Added bentonite
