Add concentrated flavor bottleNotes
Start out with 5.50 Galons of Water
Set PH to 5.0
I used 3 ML of Lactic Acid
Used my standard Waster with no salts
Raise the water temp to 1080 degrees
Remove the flame
Stir in the sugar and bring to a boil
Boiled for 10-15 minutes, mainly just to sterilize
Add 3 grams of yeast nutrient 5 minutes let of the boil
Cool to approximatly 80 degrees
Tranfer to carboy
Areate for approximatly 1 minute with oxygen
Pitch Yeast and set the chamber to 81 Degrees
24 hrs later - Add yeast nutrient
24 hrs after that (48 hrs) - add more yeast nutrient
Ferment for 1 week
Check gravity - Mine was 0.097
Transfered to keg
Added 3 TSP of Olive Nation Watermelon extract to 2.5 gallons
Added 6 TSP of Olive Nation Lime extract to 2.5 gallons
