A new world take on a classic Bavarian-style weissbier. Brewed with
pilsner malt from Thrall Family Malt, and dry-hopped with HBC 586 hops, this hop-forward hefeweizen is hazy with notes of citrus, spice, tropical fruit, and bread dough with a dry and effervescent finish.
Water games
Total water : 15 gal
Heat 13 gal to 176-178
Remove 5 gal sparge water and store
Add 2 gal of cold water and this should get to strike temp of 156-158 to achieve 150F mash
