Notes

Got this one right on gravity. 12# 2 row to get 1.058 and ~6% ABV. (It finishes dry below 1.010) Recipe inspired by: Overview of cold IPA https://beerandbrewing.com/cold-ipa-is-heating-up/ Recipe https://beerandbrewing.com/recipe-21st-amendment-woolen-socks-cold-ipa/ The recipe calls for 40+ IBU and soft water I like my NEIPAs with little bittering hops given the 24oz whirlpool and dry hop loading. In this case, the soft water may mask some of the bittering hops so I arrived at 30IBU This beer will also be dry using the lager yeast and corn to reduce body.
