Got this one right on gravity. 12# 2 row to get 1.058 and ~6% ABV. (It finishes dry below 1.010)

The recipe calls for 40+ IBU and soft water
I like my NEIPAs with little bittering hops given the 24oz whirlpool and dry hop loading.
In this case, the soft water may mask some of the bittering hops so I arrived at 30IBU
