Taste Notes
Cleaned up very well with the gelatine. Initial graininess and astringency is almost gone - mellowed. I might ease up on the IBUs a touch next time (shoot for high 30's)Notes
Try Burton Ale yeast.
Notes from Brewcasters:
Grassy hop character. Needs more body. Move some bittering hops to flavor hops. Up the CO2. Add some wheat, and add some gypsum. Use 5.2 buffer.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
