1.00 oz Fuggles [4.5%] - Dry Hop 3 days Hops 9
1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.0%] - Dry Hop 3 days Hops 10

Taste Notes

Cleaned up very well with the gelatine. Initial graininess and astringency is almost gone - mellowed. I might ease up on the IBUs a touch next time (shoot for high 30's)

Notes

Try Burton Ale yeast. Notes from Brewcasters: Grassy hop character. Needs more body. Move some bittering hops to flavor hops. Up the CO2. Add some wheat, and add some gypsum. Use 5.2 buffer.
