Notes

20 min. protein rest at 122 degs for grain and oats. 20 mins steep at 157 degs. 3 batch sparge over grain bag in strainer with 1 gal of wort each. 1.014 after steep. OG 1.063. Millenium added pre boil. 3 gals for steeping. Added 2 gals. water to fermenter. Topped up with quart to get 5 gals. 1200 ml with starter.
