Notes
A.- Calentar agua a 71º para echar en la malta 31,5 litros.(Echar la mitad de agua en el Hopcat, luego la malta y por último el resto de agua)
- Macerar durante 1 hora a 67º con el recirculado puest.
- Subir la temperatura a 75,6º y mantener durante 15'.
- Lavar la malta con 33 litros a 75,6º. Comprobar densidades. 1035-1050
- GOLDING 70 grs 60'
- GOLDING 40 grs 20'
- IRISH MOSS 10 grs 10'
- Conectar la bomba antigua a la olla y al enfriador de placas.
- Medir densidad (1035-1050)
- Llenar cada fermentador con 43 litros aprox.
