Notes

A.- Calentar agua a 71º para echar en la malta 31,5 litros.(Echar la mitad de agua en el Hopcat, luego la malta y por último el resto de agua) - Macerar durante 1 hora a 65º con el recirculado puest. - Subir la temperatura a 75,6º y mantener durante 15' (Mash out). - COLUMBUS 52grs 60' - CASCADE 40 grs 20' - AMARILLO 80 grs 20' - SIMCOE 80 grs 20' - IRISH MOSS 20 grs 10' - Medir densidad (1045-1060) - Llenar cada fermentador con 43 litros aprox. - Oxigenar y echar dos sobres de levadura por fermentador.
