Yeast attenuation set to give about 78% AA for WLP007 at 66.0C
Wet hops ratio of 5. AA% for Styrian estimate of 3.7% dry and 0.74% wet. Less than 2kg of green would require dry substitue at 1/5 of wet weight.
Yeast: WLP007. 5/8/22, 70% viability, 2.5L + 2.0L starter.
