IBUs = 25.8, SRM = 16.0, Est. ABV = 5.3%. Used yeast slurry from PBS kegged 1/17/23. Backsweetened with 95 grams of table sugar in 8 fl. oz. water. Boiled & cooled before adding to keg. Calculated FG = 1.004.
