Taste Notes

This is a really strong American Pale Ale with subtile honey aroma and citrus notes.

Notes

Added honey about 3 days into the ferment. After about a week, added cascade after racking into secondary. Let sit in secondary for about 2 weeks. The honey and honey malt subtily comes through. Next time I will try with 1 lbs of honey malt.
