Notes

used modified pale ale water grains were not fully condiioned so hysk were shattered and dusty. did not have a problem with mash speeds. Mash started low 147 for the first 15 min then stabilized at 152. 15 min extra boil due to low gas pressure leading to low flam/boil. Very long lag time with the US05 yeast. Hydrated in 300 ml of water and airated. Did not see noticable drop in gravity for 27 hours. has been dropping slowly but steadyly since.
