Changed base pilsner from Weyerman to Best
Changed vienna from Best to Weyerman

Heat 11.5 gal to 165
Add minerals
Add 7.4 gal to mash tun
Add grains
Mash at 149 -
90 minute mash
add 7.6 gals to HLT (total volume is 11.6 gals)
First run into bucket - gravity reading - 1.074
Add 5.3 gal sparge at 168, stir
take gravity reading - 1.033
empty to bucket
Add 6.3 gal sparge at 168, stir
take gravity reading - 1.007
target 15.79 gal pre boil, target gravity 1.040
Pre boil gravity - 1.038
Boil 90 minutes
Post boil gravity target 1.048 - OG 1.0
cool to <70
aerate wort
add yeast
transfer to fermenters
