-cma 4/15/23 - started bringing temp up to 65 for a few days. 11/19/22 Changed base pilsner from Weyerman to Best Changed vienna from Best to Weyerman 2/19/22 Heat 11.5 gal to 165 Add minerals Add 7.4 gal to mash tun Add grains Mash at 149 - 90 minute mash add 7.6 gals to HLT (total volume is 11.6 gals) First run into bucket - gravity reading - 1.074 Add 5.3 gal sparge at 168, stir take gravity reading - 1.033 empty to bucket Add 6.3 gal sparge at 168, stir take gravity reading - 1.007 target 15.79 gal pre boil, target gravity 1.040 Pre boil gravity - 1.038 Boil 90 minutes Post boil gravity target 1.048 - OG 1.0 cool to <70 aerate wort add yeast transfer to fermenters Fermented at 60, ramped up to 67 starting
