Notes
Started with too much water (9.5 gal), so ended up with too much wort (1.042) after mashing (8.5 Gal), so boiled for close to 2 hours, then ended up with too little (4.75 gal at 1.068), so added about .8 gal to bring back up to 5.5 gal at 1.055.
Also the original English ale yeast (Wyeast 1028) was over a year old, so added Lallemand English dry ale yeast about 2 days after brewing. final gravity may have stopped at 1.022
V1 of this recipe had 12oz each of crystal 120 and 75 plus 4oz of special B. The beer can says hi wire uses special B and DRC so this is V2 of the recipeThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
