Notes
Brew day notes
==========
Bit of an impromptu decision to brew beer today - rushed off to thebrewhouse.co.nz at about 14:30, while Bob started heating the water.
Mashing went well, with heated 37l of water to 66*C and mashed for 60 minutes or thereabouts.
Measured OG after mash was 1032 =~ 1050 OG at 21*C
