Notes

Brew day notes ========== Bit of an impromptu decision to brew beer today - rushed off to thebrewhouse.co.nz at about 14:30, while Bob started heating the water. Mashing went well, with heated 37l of water to 66*C and mashed for 60 minutes or thereabouts. Measured OG after mash was 1032 =~ 1050 OG at 21*C General Notes ========= This is a slightly modified version of Digital IPA, a wonderful beer by the NZ brewery, Yeastie Boys. They released the original recipe at http://yeastieboys.tumblr.com/post/52208987616/digital-ipa-recipe
