Ingredients
Amount Name Type #
10 lbs 5.79 oz Gladfield Pale Ale (2.8 SRM) Grain 1
10.58 oz Gladfield Gladiator (3.0 SRM) Grain 2
0.53 oz Pacific Jade [13.0%] - Boil 90 min Hops 3
0.18 oz Nelson Sauvin [12.0%] - Boil 10 min Hops 4
1.0 pkgs Safale American (DCL/Fermentis #US-05) Yeast 5
0.35 oz Nelson Sauvin [12.8%] - Dry Hop 3 days Hops 6
0.18 oz Nelson Sauvin [12.0%] - Dry Hop 3 days Hops 7

Taste Notes

Such a gentle malt-forward golden ale. It's sweet and gently malty. Despite dry-hopping for 3 days with Nelson Sauvin, hop bitterness and hop aroma was completely non-threatening (almost to its detriment - I think I'd like something a bit more aggressive.)
