Taste Notes

Version 1.0 of this beer was fantastic - perhaps the best thing I've brewed. Looking forward to trying version 2.0

Notes

Version 2.0 of this recipe substitutes Zythos for Simcoe, as I wasn't able to get enough Simcoe to re-brew version 1.0. We keep a small 5g addition of Simcoe early in the boil and again in the last 15 minutes to hit the original IBU target. Put on 30l of water instead of the previous 34l to try to boost the OG a bit.
