Notes

- Build a big oxygenated starter using the nutrient. - Add oats later in mash and mix into top layer of the mash to avoid all the oat stickiness on the bottom of the mash.Rice hulls would be a good addition. - Add coconut at 20 mins. Use extract to flavor at bottling. - Pitch at 63 and ferment at 63-64 Initial pre-boil OG should be around 1.080. Add DME necessary to get to that number, 1-2 lbs. Boil for 3-4 hours until OG reaches 1.124. FG should be around 1.048for a 10 ABV beer. Added additional brown sugar to reach SG target. Total brown sugar 2.75 lbs. Added 3lbs DME All additions were added with 60 minutes of boil. Bottling/Kegging Added 3 Tbs toasted coconut extract to 6.5 gallons Added 2 Tbs peanut butter cup extract to 3 gallons Added 1 Tbs marshmellow extract to 1 gallon of coconut/peanut butter Kegged 3.5 gallons of coconut Bottled 2 gallons toasted coconut/peanut butter cup Bottled 1gallon toasted cocnut/peanut butter cup/marshmellow
