Notes

Make syrup with 1 jug of apple juice, pumpkin puree, brown sugar and spices in large stock pot. Bring to boil for 15 mins. Add to remaining apple juice in fermenter. Shoould ferment very dry. Use camden tabs to stop fermentation. Use unflavored gelatine before cold crashing over night. Back sweeten with frozen concentrated apple juice at kegging.
