Taste Notes

Really balanced and smooth. Maybe a little more aroma hops? Brought to Riverwalk chili cook off keg was crushed in 2 hours! Very good feedback.

Notes

1st attempt with Robobrew. mash temp pretty close. mash out ramp up over 10 min came close to mash out temp. Sparge water was 2.5 gal (2.8 recommended) pre boil volume 7 gal (6.43 beersmith estimate). Due to high volume changed to 100min biol vs 60min. Whirlpool at 165F not 180F.
