Notes

Mashed in at 152 F at 1:20 pm, at least a 90 minute mash. Added 12 Maple Glazed Donuts to the mash. Not sure if the aroma made it into the wort yet or not, the mash smelled absolutely heavenly. I may add more donuts into secodary if need be. Next time I should make sure the donuts are mixed into the mash better.
