Notes
Strike water was 165, which hit the mash perfectly at 150. Held 148-150 for an hour, sparged at 168 with 2.85 gallons. When I combined mash and sparge, it came right to the top of the boil kettle. Maybe next time sparge with 2.6-2.7.
